A screenshot says “100% bonus” but omits expiry, eligibility, wagering requirements and maximum conversion. The image is not a complete set of terms. This page explains the missing fields without presenting a current amount, code or claim route.
Read the conditions as one rule set
Eligibility
Who, which account state and which location can take part.
Minimum deposit
The threshold stated in the dated terms, not a permanent platform fact.
Wagering requirement
The activity calculation that may apply before a promotional balance changes status.
Eligible events
Which activity counts and which events or formats are excluded.
Expiry
The deadline for acceptance, use or completion of a condition.
Maximum conversion
A cap on the promotional value that may become available under the terms.
Withdrawal restriction
A condition affecting funds connected with the promotion.
The 22Bet terms information hub separates this language from payment and account-access guidance.
Why the headline cannot stand alone
A percentage answers only part of the question. It does not show the eligible audience, qualifying action, currency, maximum, excluded events, expiry or withdrawal conditions. The full terms may also distinguish cash balance, promotional balance and winnings derived from a promotion.
When a screenshot circulates without a date or source, it can outlive the offer that produced it. Preserve the full page, retrieval time and linked conditions if the wording matters to a dispute.
Break a wagering condition into fields
| Field | Question | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Base | Which balance or amount is used? | Different bases change the calculation. |
| Multiplier | What number is applied? | The headline percentage does not supply it. |
| Contribution | Which events count, and by how much? | Excluded or partial activity changes progress. |
| Deadline | When must the condition be completed? | Expiry can end or change the promotional state. |
| Conversion cap | Is there a maximum amount? | A cap can limit what changes balance type. |
“Available” and “eligible” are different
A banner can be visible to someone who is not eligible under the detailed terms. Account history, region, time window, selected event or another condition may affect eligibility. Visibility is therefore an observation about the page, not a statement that a reader qualifies.
Do not send credentials or payment secrets to prove eligibility. A verified recipient should explain which non-sensitive account reference or document is actually required.
A worked reading example
Suppose a banner displays a percentage and a large maximum. The first step is not to calculate a benefit. Locate the eligibility sentence, minimum qualifying action, wagering base and multiplier, contribution rules, expiry and conversion cap. Then check whether the same version of the terms applies to the account and date in question.
If one of those fields is missing, the screenshot cannot support a complete interpretation. Record the gap rather than filling it with a value copied from another page or an older promotion.
Terms can change by version
A page may revise wording while keeping the same promotional headline. Save the retrieval date and, where possible, a version identifier or content hash. A later screenshot should be treated as a later record, not silently substituted for the earlier one.
When a dispute concerns expiry or eligible activity, quote the clause and explain the event that appears inconsistent with it. Avoid sending unrelated account history or payment secrets. The requested outcome should identify the field to be clarified or recalculated.
Eligible events and conversion limits need precise wording
An “eligible event” rule may exclude formats, markets or activity that looks similar on the interface. Preserve the exact inclusion and exclusion language rather than replacing it with a broad summary.
A maximum conversion is also different from a promotional headline maximum. One may describe the upper promotional credit; the other may limit what changes balance status. Keep the labels and formulas attached to the clause that defines them.
Record a terms dispute by version
- SourceFull URL or in-product location, without tracking or account tokens.
- TimeRetrieval date, time zone and visible expiry.
- WordingHeadline plus the complete linked terms.
- Account eventRelevant non-sensitive reference and status.
- Requested outcomeClarification of eligibility, calculation, expiry or restriction.
If the issue includes a transaction state, use the payment evidence guide. For source-quality rules, see the source policy.
Current promotion values are not fixed here
No permanent 22Bet amount, minimum, code or conversion cap is presented as current. A direct public-interface attempt on 13 July 2026 did not produce a stable primary-source promotion record, and third-party pages were not substituted. The broader interface-review status is on the Platform page.
